What is Camlock Coupling ?

Camlock Coupling is used to provide a secure connection and has 2 parts. Male Camlock Fitting has a design that allows the cams to lock into the place. Whereas Female Camlock Fitting has 2 cams as a part of its assembly. Cam And Groove Fitting mate conveniently and quickly by inserting the grooved coupling into the cam coupling and closing the cam arms. Camlock fittings have a safety pin that prevents the arms from accidental disconnection while in use.

Cam Lock Coupling basically constitute of two major components, namely Coupler and Adapter. The Couplers and Connectors may be screwed or welded on to the closes of the hose / pipeline.
